Match the peg holes in your paper or blank cels. Loppo Art Materials blank cels (3-hole punched) fit the 3-hole type.

Do you ship overseas?
Simple peg bars ship within Japan only. Purchases from abroad and international shipping are not possible under any circumstances. We also cannot ship via forwarding services or virtual addresses. Inquiries about this will not be answered.
